Pull-ups – w/wo bell Boxing right crossWrist curl - Arm wrestler
Floor Wrist Curl – Next to hip. Bell forward or backward.
Pop Ups – Inside up or outside up, back and forth, etc.
Curls and Hammer Curls
Crusher – can hold by ball with fingers or harder with no finger - grip for curls, pressing, tricep pullovers, straight arm pullovers.
Thrusters – combination of squat to overhead press to squat, etc.
Squat thrust - w/wo pushup
Push ups on horn
Push ups on ball
Push ups - 1 hand extended on ball of bell, akin to 1 hand pushup
